I deserve my own Love & Attention. Lot of my sorrow is self-generated based on wrong perceptions / expectations I have about myself. When I start accepting myself "as-I-am", that is the first step in respecting my self. This acceptance moves me into a Position of Strength and then I can make whatever changes I want to make in myself. How does unconditional positive regard for the self, help reduce / eliminate the sense of shame & guilt? What impact does "me respecting myself" have on my brain and body? How can I increase respect for myself?

These are some of the questions that will be explored in this insightful, self-loving, and inspiring session. Do join us to learn about the art & science of respecting the self.

Sister Ranjani has been associated with Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual Organization since her childhood and has been practicing Raja Yoga Meditation for the past 34 years. Sister Ranjani has done her MBA in Self-Management &Crisis Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling from Annamalai University.
