Details

This retreat is specially for people who have not done the Introduction to Raja Yoga Meditation before.

The weekend is an introduction to the practice and philosophy of Raja Yoga meditation. Topics covered include: the types of thoughts we have, our spiritual identity, the Supreme Soul and the law of karma. There will be time for meditation, conversation, group activities, some silence and walks in nature.
